MPHAMVU ZA AMAYI

Kupereka mphamvu kwa amayi pazachuma ndikofunika kwambiri pakukwaniritsa ufulu wa amayi ndi kufanana pakati pa amuna ndi akazi. Kupereka mphamvu kwa amayi pazachuma kumaphatikizapo kuthekera kwa amayi kutenga nawo mbali mofanana pamisika yomwe ilipo; mwayi wawo wopeza ndi kulamulira zinthu zopindulitsa, kupeza ntchito zabwino, kulamulira nthawi yawo, miyoyo ndi matupi awo; ndi kuonjezera mawu, mabungwe ndi kutenga nawo mbali mwaphindu pakupanga zisankho zachuma m'magulu onse kuyambira panyumba mpaka mabungwe apadziko lonse.

Kulimbikitsa amayi pazachuma

Kulimbikitsa amayi pazachuma ndi kutseka kusiyana pakati pa amuna ndi akazi m'dziko la ntchito ndizofunikira kwambiri kuti tikwaniritse Agenda ya 2030 for Sustainable Development [ 1 ] ndikukwaniritsa Zolinga zachitukuko, makamaka Cholinga cha 5, kukwaniritsa kufanana pakati pa amuna ndi akazi, ndi Cholinga 8, kulimbikitsa zonse. ndi ntchito zopindulitsa ndi ntchito zabwino kwa onse; komanso Cholinga cha 1 chothetsa umphawi, Cholinga cha 2 chokhudza chitetezo cha chakudya, Cholinga cha 3 pa kuonetsetsa thanzi labwino ndi Goal 10 pa kuchepetsa kusagwirizana.

GPLT ikugwira ntchito zingapo padziko lonse lapansi zolimbikitsa amayi, ndipo mapulojekitiwa ndi cholinga chopatsa amayi mau m'nyumba zawo ndi m'madera mwawo. Thandizo lanu m'derali litithandiza kufikira mamiliyoni a amayi omwe ali paumphawi m'maiko angapo padziko lonse lapansi.

Kudziwitsa za nkhanza zotengera jenda

GPLT ikuyesetsa kudziwitsa anthu za nkhanza zochitiridwa nkhanza pakati pa amuna ndi akazi padziko lonse lapansi pamene mtendere ukuyamba m’nyumba.

Njira zathu zopewera nkhanza za amayi?

  1. Kupanga malo otetezeka a ana, kuchokera kunyumba kupita kusukulu ndi kupitirira.

  2. Kulimbikitsa makolo kutenga nawo mbali pakusamalira ana ndikupanga maubwenzi apamtima ndi iwo  ana kuyambira pachiyambi

  3. Kulera anyamata kuti amasuke ku malingaliro oipa.

UTHENGA WOPANDA UBELELE NDI UFULU

GPLT ikuyesetsa kulimbikitsa izi:

  • Kupeza njira zolerera zotetezeka komanso zogwira mtima kumateteza anthu ku mimba zosakonzekera komanso kumapangitsa tsogolo labwino.

  • Maphunziro athunthu okhudzana ndi kugonana amalimbikitsa achinyamata kupanga zisankho zomwe akudziwa zokhudza kugonana ndi maubwenzi awo m'njira yotetezera thanzi lawo.

  • Kulera ndi uphungu: kuwonetsetsa kuti kukuyenera kulemekeza ufulu wa anthu ndi okondedwa awo; wopanda tsankho komanso tsankho

  • Kuwonetsetsa kuti anthu apeza chithandizo chotetezeka, chotsika mtengo, chapamwamba kwambiri chokhudzana ndi kugonana ndi uchembere wabwino ndi chidziwitso ndi mbali ya ufulu ndi moyo wabwino wa anthu onse.

  • Kuphatikiza ntchito zakulera ndi kachirombo ka HIV ndi zithandizo zina zachipatala pofuna kuwonetsetsa kuti amayi akulandira chithandizo chokwanira chaumoyo kungathenso kuchepetsa zopinga zandalama komanso zolepheretsa komanso kuteteza chinsinsi cha amayi.
